Our office is located at Number 50 on Nellikuppam Road in Kairambedu. Being contractors means we are usually out at different sites more than we are actually sitting behind a desk. It's a lot of running around, checking on materials, and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need to keep moving. Staram Contractors has been operating from this area for some time now. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the trucks passing by, but we are used to it. Most of our work involves managing different parts of a build, from the foundation stuff to the finishing bits. It is hard work and sometimes the weather doesn't help much, especially when it rains and things get muddy. We keep our records at the Kairambedu office. If you come by, you’ll probably see stacks of site reports and some tools lying around the corner. we aren't big on fancy presentations. We just talk about what needs to be done and how long it might take. Hiring people, getting the supplies delivered on time, and dealing with the usual delays is just part of the daily routine here. It’s a practical business. We’ve learned over the years that things rarely go exactly to plan, so we just adapt as we go. It’s just us doing our job day in and day out on this side of town, dealing with the daily grind of the construction world and getting things finished.
