Sriven Autopack is based at Plot No. 5 on Ramachandran Street in Saravana Nagar, Perungudi. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is a straightforward building where we handle all the autopack business. Perungudi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings popping up, but our street still feels like the same old place. We have a small team here, and we usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be packed and shipped. There is no corporate ladder here; we just work together to get through the pile of orders. The warehouse area is usually a bit chaotic with boxes and tape everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the work a bit slow, but we keep at it. People from the neighborhood often stop by for a quick chat since we’ve been here for a while. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just about putting things in boxes and making sure they get to where they need to go. We like the simple nature of the work and the fact that we are a local business that people can just walk into without an appointment.
