Sri Kanchi

You can find Sri Kanchi at No. 31 A / 6 on Mettupalayam Street. We are very close to Rangasamy Kulam, so the area has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it. It’s a local neighborhood where people know their neighbors and stop to chat on the sidewalk. Our building is a bit older, with narrow stairs and windows that sometimes stick when it rains. But it has character, and we like being here. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, open up the shop, and start working on whatever needs our attention that day. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we just listen to the traffic or the birds near the water tank. Other times, it’s a total mess with paperwork and phone calls coming in all at once. We handle it all with a bit of humor and a lot of patience. We’ve been part of this street for a while now, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We don't use a lot of technology if we don't have to; we prefer talking to people face to face when they drop by. This is just who we are at Sri Kanchi, sitting here near the Kulam.
