Shaks Projects India Private Limited operates out of Ninnakarai Village in the Kancheepuram area. We are located at Plot No 16, Block No 13, in the Mig II section of Green Square. Our office is G 1 in the Ashirvadh Promoters building, zip code 603203. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the city center, but we like it that way because it’s closer to many of our project sites. We handle various building projects and land developments. Most days start with a quick meeting at the office before everyone scatters to different locations. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding land titles and building permits, which can be a real headache sometimes. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site boots near the door and stacks of files on every flat surface. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the projects finished so the owners can move in. The village atmosphere of Ninnakarai is nice, and we know most of our neighbors. We’ve had some tough times with material costs going up lately, but we try to manage as best as we can. It’s a small operation, mostly just a handful of us trying to keep everything on track. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just show up at the site, check the progress, and try to solve whatever problem has come up that day. It keeps us busy enough.
