We are Sezhiyan Construction, and our office is located at Plot No 28, Door No 692/4, in Lakshmi Nagar. This is in the Kolapakkam area. It is a simple setup, just an OPC business where we handle construction projects. We don't have a big fancy building, just this spot in Lakshmi Nagar where we do our planning and keep our records. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on some complicated drawings or cost estimates. We spend most of our days either here at the desk or out checking on how the building work is going at various sites. It is a small operation, so we do everything ourselves, from talking to clients to making sure the materials arrive on time. We don't use any flashy marketing or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just local people who know how to build things. Kolapakkam is our home base, and we have been operating from this address for a while now. Some days are slow, but most of the time we are running around trying to keep up with the schedule.
