We don’t have a floor full of people in suits coming up with catchy slogans. Instead, we spend our time on the ground, dealing with distribution and making sure products actually get onto the shelves where they belong. It’s a lot of logistical work. Our office is a bit lived-in, with stacks of boxes and files everywhere. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We mostly focus on getting things from point A to point B without too much fuss. Ramavaram is a busy place, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes the logistics get messy, or a truck breaks down, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our tracking is still done with simple spreadsheets and notes. We think it is better to just be straightforward with the people we work with. If a delivery is going to be late, we call and say so. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to keep the supply chain moving smoothly for our clients. We’ve been at this for years and we know how the local market moves. It is just basic work for our small team.
