It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Chennai, but that’s where all the space for farms and new homes is anyway. The area is named after the famous temple nearby, and you can feel that traditional atmosphere even as new developments go up. Our office in Bhavani Nagar is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs, a few desks, and lots of folders full of land documents. We spend a lot of time talking to people about plots of land and where they might want to build a weekend house or a farm. It’s quieter out here than in the city, which we like. The air feels a little different, and there’s more greenery around. We’re just a small team trying to help people find a bit of land they can call their own. Sometimes the goats from the neighborhood wander near the gate, and it just feels like a normal part of the day. We aren't some big real estate firm with a fancy showroom; we just know the Singaperumal Kovil area really well. Most of our clients are folks looking to get away from the city noise, and we can relate to that. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and we plan to stay put.
