Made For Melodies

Our little setup is at No 10 Lalitha Gardens, which is on Sannathi Street in Thiruvanmiyur. It is a decent area, quite close to the temple, so there is always a bit of life on the streets and the smell of incense in the air sometimes. Made For Melodies is where we get together to work on whatever musical things are on the schedule for the week. The office is in a residential-feeling spot, so it is relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have got some soundproofing on the walls and a lot of cables running across the floor. It is not the most polished looking place, but it serves us well for what we do. We spend our time listening to tracks, recording bits and pieces, or just planning out new melodies. There are only a few of us here, so we do not have a lot of meetings or formal stuff. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. Sometimes we sit out in the garden area for a bit of fresh air when our ears need a rest. Thiruvanmiyur has a nice breeze coming off the ocean, which helps on the hot days. We are just a group of people who found a good spot to do our work without any drama. It is a simple life here at Lalitha Gardens.
