Kalai Computers

You can find Kalai Computers over at number 12 on Sithoor Road in Thiruthani. It’s a simple shop in a part of town that we’ve called home for quite some time. We aren't located in a big shopping mall or anything like that. We’re just on a regular street where people walk by every day on their way to work or school. Our shop is mostly focused on fixing computers and helping people with their tech problems. It’s usually a bit of a mess with cables and open laptop cases, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo designed by an agency. We just have a sign outside and some basic furniture inside. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who live nearby in Thiruthani. They bring us things that aren't working right, and we spend our time trying to figure out the problem. Sometimes it’s a software issue, other times it’s hardware that has just given up. We don't try to sound like experts with big complicated words. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English and see if it’s worth fixing. It’s a lot of slow, careful work, but it keeps us busy. We aren't looking to be the biggest computer shop in the state. We just want to keep the shop running and help the folks on Sithoor Road when their computers act up. It's just a regular way to spend the day.
