Jh Contech Private Limited is out in Sriperumbudur at Plot No 14 A in Meenakshi Nagar. This part of Kancheepuram has grown so much lately with all the industrial stuff going on. Our place is tucked away in a quieter spot though. We focus on technical construction work and concrete stuff, which is where the Contech name comes from. It's mostly about getting the specs right and making sure the structures are solid. We spend a lot of time on site because you can't really manage this kind of work from behind a desk all day. The roads around here can get pretty dusty and crowded with trucks, so getting from one place to another takes longer than you'd think. We’ve got a small team and we’ve been working together for a while now. We know how each other works, which makes things easier when a project gets complicated or the materials don't show up. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Tamil Nadu, we just want to do the jobs in the 602105 area properly. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the mix on a concrete pour. It’s hard work and the sun is usually beating down on us, but it’s what we do. We appreciate the people who come to us through word of mouth. It means we're doing something right in the local neighborhood without needing any fancy ads or big billboards.
