Ifsd Construction Private Limited

We are over in Kanchipuram, right on Sivan Temple Street at Moondram Kattalai. It’s a quiet enough area, usually. You can hear the temple bells sometimes if the wind is right. We’ve been at Door Number 13 for a good bit now. Ifsd Construction is just a small group of us who know how to put things together. Kancheepuram is famous for its temples, but people need houses and shops too. That’s where we come in. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we drink coffee and talk about cement and steel. Working in construction means you're always checking the sky for rain. We try to keep our projects moving along. Some days are just spent chasing down supplies or talking to the laborers. It’s a lot of back and forth. We deal with a lot of people from the local neighborhood. Most of our work is right here in the district. We don't try to be something we're not. We just know the ground here and how the local regulations work. It can be a headache sometimes, dealing with all the rules, but that’s part of the trade. We just want to make sure whatever we build stays standing for a long time. People stop by the office on Sivan Temple Street just to ask questions sometimes. We don’t mind. It’s good to stay connected with the folks around here. Just simple building work, really. It keeps the lights on.
