You can find Hayssen Flexible Systems at 23-1/B3 in the Mpl Silicon Towers. We are right on the Velachery Tambaram Road in Pallikaranani. It’s a long name for an address, and sometimes the delivery drivers get a bit confused finding the right turn-off. The building is one of those modern-looking ones, but inside our unit, it feels a lot more like a regular office. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. The traffic on the main road is almost always heavy, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. The machines we work with take up a lot of the floor space, and there is always that smell of metal and grease in the air. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a productive one. We have a few windows that look out toward the road, but we don't spend much time looking out of them. There is usually too much going on inside. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have many meetings; we just talk over the desks when something needs to be sorted out. It’s a practical setup. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving without too much fuss.
