We are Gvn Promoters And Developers (Opc) Private Limited. Our office is over at Plot No 28, Door No 692/4 in Lakshmi Nagar. Being here in Kolapakkam for a while now, we just handle the usual stuff related to land and building homes. It’s mostly just us working out of this spot near the main road. Most days are spent dealing with paperwork for various plots or checking on sites nearby. We aren’t a huge team, just a few people trying to keep things moving. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started. Lakshmi Nagar is getting busier, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the weather makes the site visits tough, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or just by walking past the office. If you are looking for the place, it is right there on Plot 28, you can’t really miss it. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. It isn't always smooth, things get delayed or plans change at the last minute. We just deal with those issues as they come up. We’ve been focusing on small projects around here lately. It feels good to see a house actually get finished after months of staring at a dirt lot.
