We have our setup at number 27 on Kothari Nagar 1st Main Road in Ramapuram. It’s a residential area that has slowly seen more businesses moving in. At G2 Medi Lasers, we work with medical laser equipment. It’s a bit technical, so the office is full of boxes, spare parts, and tools for testing the machines. It isn’t a very big place, but we manage to fit everything we need into the rooms we have. The road outside is usually quiet compared to the main city, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on a repair or a build. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to clinics or hospitals that use our gear. Sometimes we have to send someone out across Chennai to look at a machine that isn't working right. The humidity can be tough on the equipment, so we have to be careful about how we store things. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth in the medical community. We eat our lunch in the small pantry at the back. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure the equipment we handle is ready for use. We aren't looking to be some huge corporation; we just want to get the work done correctly and keep the business running smoothly from our spot here in Ramapuram.
