Fugo Turmeric Private Limited is tucked away in the Defence Officers Colony in Nandambakkam. Our spot is at Plot No.226, Defence Officers Colonynandambakkam. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. We chose this place because it is easy to get to, but it doesn't feel like you are right in the middle of a mess. Working with turmeric means things get yellow pretty fast. We try to keep it clean, but it is a battle. We aren't a massive factory, just a focused group of people trying to get this business off the ground properly. Most of us here have a background in farming or trade, so we know the product well. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you will likely see us working in the back or sorting through papers. It is a simple setup. We don't go in for big mission statements. We just want to process the turmeric and get it out to people who need it. Nandambakkam is a good area for us. The neighbors are nice, and it is a steady place to work. We spend our days checking the quality and making sure the bags are ready. It is repetitive, sure, but it is honest work. We are just a local team doing our best with what we have at Plot 226. We take the work seriously even if we don't look like a corporate office from the outside and we like it that way.
