Our office is Villa No. 127A in Casa Grande Futura, which is on Singaperumal Koil Road in Pattunoolchatram. Deccanasia Infra Constructions And Interiors Private Limited is a bit of a mouthful, but we just focus on building and fixing up interiors. Being inside a residential complex like Casa Grande makes the environment a bit different than a dusty roadside office. We have a space where we look at floor plans and choose tiles or paint colors. Most of our work happens on site, whether it's a new shell or finishing the inside of a house. Singaperumal Koil Road is getting very busy these days with all the new developments. We spend a lot of time driving between different villas and apartments. The team is a mix of guys who do the heavy lifting and some who are good at the finer finishing work. We aren't a big corporation with fancy brochures. We just show people what we have done before and let them decide. It's a lot of measuring and remeasuring to make sure the cupboards and walls fit right. Sometimes we run into delays with suppliers, but we just keep pushing. It's a decent living and we like seeing a room change from an empty space into something someone can actually live in. We usually wrap up the day around six or seven and head home to get ready for the next job on the list.
