We operate as part of the Sankara Health Educational Charitable Trust and you can find us on Anna Salai in the Pammal area. Because we are a charitable hospital, things are kept very simple here. We do not have the budget for fancy decorations or luxury waiting lounges. The building is a bit older and it has a very plain, functional look to it. We see a lot of people from the local Pammal community who need medical help but do not want to go to the big, expensive private hospitals. Our halls are usually full of people and the atmosphere is busy. The staff works long hours and they are used to dealing with a lot of patients in a single day. We keep our records in traditional files and we don't use any high-tech management systems. It is just a group of people doing their best to help the neighborhood. The noise from Anna Salai is always present, and it can get quite warm in the hallways during the peak of summer. We don't have a marketing team or any promotional materials. We just rely on being a reliable part of the trust and serving the people who walk through our doors. It is a humble place where the focus is strictly on the work. We open early, stay late, and try to make sure everyone gets the care they need without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
