The Aquila Planet Developers Private Limited office is based out in Oragadam, specifically at Unit 27 in Casagrand Arena Phase 1. This is right on State Highway 57 in Vallakottai. It’s a developing area in Kancheepuram, so there is always a lot of construction happening around us. We are right in the middle of it. We work on various development projects. Being located inside a residential complex like Casagrand Arena gives us a good perspective on what we do. We see the day-to-day life of the people living in these spaces. Our unit is basically our hub for everything. We have maps of the local area pinned to the walls and a lot of files on different land plots. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working office where we deal with the realities of building and developing land. Oragadam is a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where all the growth is happening right now. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites along the highway. The team is small and we all know our roles. We don't have time for a lot of corporate talk. We just focus on getting the permits sorted and the groundwork done. It's a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the projects stay on track as best as we can. That is our focus.
