We have been set up over here at No.1 on the first floor along Kumaran 1st Street for some time now. Being in Potheri west, right in the Maraimalai Nagar area, means we see a lot of the local changes happening day to day. It’s a busy spot in Kancheepuram and the office is usually a bit noisy with people coming in and out. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular workplace where we get through the paperwork and talk to folks about land or buildings. Sometimes the heat in Tamil Nadu gets to be a bit much, but we have a couple of fans going and the tea stall nearby is good for a break. People know us around here because we’ve been in this specific spot for a while. Usually, someone is always at the desk handling the files or answering the phone. The street outside can get a bit crowded during the peak hours, especially with the local traffic, but it’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We just try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. If you walk up to the first floor, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need to do. We spend most of our mornings sorting through things and the afternoons meeting people who stop by the office.
