We are situated at Plot No.50 in the Krishna Estate complex. It’s located at No.35 in Kanathur Reddy Kuppam Village, which is a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the heart of the city. The area has a very different feel to it, much more open and a bit quieter than the urban centers. At 3Gb Agrotech, we focus on the technical side of farming and agriculture. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a functional space within the estate where we can keep our records and meet people when necessary. The village setting means we are closer to the actual land, which helps us stay grounded in what we are doing. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit spotty out here, but we manage. We aren’t a huge team, just a few people who know each other well and have been working together for a while. There’s a lot of coming and going, as we often have to visit different sites or check on equipment. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. What you see is pretty much what you get. We deal with a lot of local regulations and paperwork, which takes up more time than we’d like. But at the end of the day, we like the work and the fact that we’re away from the crowded office buildings. It’s a steady life for us here.
