120 Quid Productions

120 Quid Productions is located at No 3 Balaji Subham Flats. We are on Maniammai Street in Moover Nagar, which is quite close to the Chennai Airport. You can often hear the planes taking off while we are working inside our office. It is a small place, basically just a flat that we have turned into a workspace for our team. We started this because we wanted to make our own videos and projects without a boss breathing down our necks all day. Most of the time, the living room area is filled with cameras, tripods, and cables that we keep tripping over. It is a bit of a squeeze when the whole crew is in, but we make it work. Pozhichalur is a quiet enough area when the planes are not directly overhead. We spend a lot of our time editing footage or planning the next shoot. We are not a big studio with fancy gates or a big lobby. If you come to the door, you are basically walking right into our main work room. We do our own coffee and usually order food from the small place around the corner. It is just a handful of us trying to get things made. Sometimes projects take longer than we thought and we end up staying late into the night. We just do the work and hope for the best.
