We are way up on the 10th floor of Tower 15 in the Prestige Bellavista complex. Sabsan Technologies is one of those places that started with just two people and a laptop. Now we have a bit more space, but it still feels like a small family business. Being on the 10th floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators, which is probably the biggest complaint the staff has. The view of the city from up here is something else, though. You can see the traffic crawling below while we sit in the AC and work. The office layout is a bit messy. We have papers everywhere and whiteboards covered in scribbles that only half of us understand. We don't go in for those modern office designs with bean bags and ping-pong tables. We just have sturdy chairs and big desks because that’s what we actually need. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the height or the weather, and we all just take a break until it’s back. We don't have any big speeches or corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work on tech stuff and try to make things work better. It’s a long way up from the ground, but it feels like the right place for us.
