We are Kairos Supportsys and you can find us at Plot No; 25/26 in Maxworth Nagar Phase III, located in Kolapakkam. This is a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of Chennai city. Our office is a small, functional space where we handle technical support and various systems for our clients. We aren't a big company with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us who have a lot of experience with tech support. We spend most of our time answering queries or fixing technical issues on our computers. The setup is very basic. We have our desks, our servers, and a place to make some tea. We don't have a polished corporate image or any fancy brochures. We just talk to people like regular human beings and try to solve their problems as quickly as we can. Being in Kolapakkam means we have a bit more space and it’s a lot easier to park than in the city center. We don't have any big slogans about our values or anything like that. We just show up every day, check our list of tasks, and try to get everything finished. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we like the fact that it is a small, local operation. We just do our best with the technical skills we have.
