Jkr Provision Store

Down here at 4589, Raja Veethi, things move at their own pace. Jkr Provision Store is right in the Bazar area of Walajabad, so there is always some noise from the street. We have been in this spot for a while, and the walls show it a bit. It is a small place, packed with bags and boxes of all sorts of things. We usually have the doors open wide to let some air in, though the dust from the Bazar comes in too. Dealing with provisions means we spend a lot of time weighing things out and tying up small packets. It is a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it is what we know. People come in from all over Walajabad to get what they need for their kitchens. Sometimes the line gets a bit long and people have to wait, but nobody seems to mind much. We try to keep track of what is running low, but every now and then we forget to order something. It is just a few of us working here, moving stuff around and talking to the neighbors. The shop is part of the street life on Raja Veethi. We do not have any big corporate plans; we just want to get through the day's work and make sure the shop is ready for tomorrow. It is hard work sometimes, but it is our life here in the middle of the Bazar.
