The church is a good landmark, so giving long directions isn't necessary. Our office is a simple place. Computers, some desks, and a lot of coffee cups are usually scattered around. We do software engineering, which basically means whole days are spent solving puzzles on a screen. Porur is a busy area, but our street is a bit calmer. This isn't a big, polished corporation. We’re more of a small team that likes to get things done without much fuss. No HR department or complicated rules exist here. We just show up and work. The space is cozy, maybe a bit too small sometimes when all the bags and laptops are out. We’ve been here for a bit now and the vibe of Jaya Nagar is great. Everything needed is close by. Trying to change the industry isn't what we are about. Enjoying the challenge of building software that actually works is enough. Things are kept pretty informal. There’s no need for suits or ties. The focus stays on the task at hand and trying to stay organized throughout the day. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is debating a problem, but it’s usually productive. We just enjoy the fact that we can do what we love without all the corporate red tape.
