You can find Dverse Innovation Lab Llp at 2/655, on the 1St Main Road of the Ias/Ips Colony in Manapakkam. It’s a nice area in Kancheepuram, with plenty of trees and not too much noise from the main roads. Our office is basically a house that we turned into a workspace. It feels very grounded and local, which is exactly how we like it. We aren't interested in being a big, polished corporation. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy working on new ideas. The colony is quite peaceful, so it’s easy to focus on what we’re doing. We spend our days mostly sitting at our desks, drinking too much tea, and trying to solve whatever problems come our way. There’s no big signage or reception area here. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone sitting on the floor fixing a cable or others debating over a screen. We don't have a marketing team to write fancy descriptions of us. We just do our work as best as we can and hope it stands on its own. Being in Manapakkam gives us a good balance between work and a normal life. We usually finish up in the evening and head home like everyone else. It’s a small, honest operation. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just take things as they come and try to keep moving forward one day at a time.
