We are based out at A-41 (B) in the Sipcot Industrial Growth Centre. This is in Oragadam, which is part of the Sriperumbudur Taluk near Chennai. It’s a long drive to get out here, and the area is filled with massive factories and warehouses. Our facility is a practical building designed for work, not for show. Inside, you’ll find a lot of electrical equipment and people moving around in work boots. The ceilings are high and the space is quite open, which helps when we are handling larger components. It can get very hot during the day, so we have big industrial fans running to keep the air moving across the floor. There is always the sound of something being moved or a machine running somewhere in the distance. We have a small office area tucked away to one side where we handle the paperwork and logistics. It’s simple, with a few desks and a shared table for meetings. We don't have a fancy canteen; most of us bring our own lunch and eat together when we can find a spare moment. Being in the Sipcot area means we are surrounded by industry, and that energy keeps us going throughout the day. We just focus on the electrical work at hand and making sure our part of the process is done right. It’s hard work, but we are used to the environment.
