Our location at Byd Company Limited is on Developed Plot No: Oz-7 within the Sipcot Sez in Oragadam, Sriperampudur Taluk. It is a bit of a journey to get out here every morning, especially with the heavy traffic on the highway, but once you arrive, the scale of the industrial area is quite something. This plot is quite large and we have plenty of room for everything we need to do. Because it is a Special Economic Zone, there is always a lot of security and paperwork just to get through the gates. The area around Oz-7 is mostly other large plots and factories, so it feels very professional and dedicated to manufacturing. We have a functional office area inside the main structure where we handle the administrative side of things. The windows look out onto the yard where materials are often being moved around. It is a very busy place, and there is rarely a quiet moment during shift changes. We have a canteen where most of the staff eats, and that is usually when the place feels most alive. Outside, the sun can be quite brutal, so we stay indoors as much as possible. Working in Oragadam means being part of a huge network of businesses, and our plot is just one piece of that puzzle. We keep things running as smoothly as we can given the daily logistical challenges.
