We are situated out near Basistha Chariali, right along the NH-37 highway. Being on the highway means it’s always dusty and there are trucks rumbling past at all hours of the day and night. It’s a good spot for an engineering solutions business though, because it’s easy for transport. Our office is a simple building that we’ve made our own over the years. We have some space for the engineering equipment and a small area where we handle the paperwork and meetings. It’s not a polished corporate environment. You might find some old engine parts in the corner or grease stains on the floor. We are more interested in solving the technical problems than having a shiny floor. The heat can get pretty bad out here near the highway in the summer, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. Basistha Chariali is a growing area of Guwahati, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we first moved in. There are a handful of us working here, and we all pitch in on whatever needs to be done. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Our focus is just on the daily engineering tasks and keeping our clients' projects moving forward. It’s a plain, honest workspace for the kind of work we handle.
