Sygmia Innovative Private Limited is based in Dibrugarh, specifically in the Amolapatty neighborhood. Our office is at C/O Mr. Muhindra Gohain’s place on Rose Golli in Guardpara. It’s a quiet little lane, which is great because it keeps the noise of the main road away. We like the atmosphere here. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other while we work. Most of us are from around here, so we know the area well. Dibrugarh is a nice town to work in, and Amolapatty is one of those places where everyone seems to know their neighbors. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing good work and letting people find us. Our days are filled with technical tasks and problem-solving, but we always take breaks to chat or have some snacks. It’s a very relaxed environment. We aren't trying to be some massive global firm. We just want to be a good, reliable local company that does its job well. Sometimes we run into technical glitches, but we just sit down and figure them out together. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We enjoy being a part of this community on Rose Golli and hope to stay here for a long time.
