Even though "Online" is in our name and a lot of what we do happens on the internet, we still value having this physical space. The office is a quiet one. We aren't a place with a lot of foot traffic or loud meetings. It is mostly the sound of clicking mice and some quiet background music. We handle a variety of online business tasks. It’s a lot of data, a lot of coordination, and a lot of time spent making sure everything is running as it should. The view from our area is decent, and it’s a relatively calm part of the city to work in. We are just a small team. There isn't a big HR department or a floor of executives. It's just us. We keep things very straightforward. No one wears a suit here. We just come in, do the work that’s assigned for the day, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living here, so we have our backups ready. We don't try to sound like a global giant; we are just a local office doing online work from Guwahati.
