Borthakurs Ias Academy

You can find us on Zoo Road in Guwahati, right near the Jonali bus stop. We are also situated very close to the Eye Foundation Clinic, which makes it easy for people to pinpoint where we are. Zoo Road is one of those places in Guwahati that is always moving, with buses and cars constantly passing by. Our academy is right in the middle of that bustle. It is a plain building where we have several rooms dedicated to IAS preparation. There are stacks of newspapers and books everywhere because that is just the nature of what we do. It is not a polished or fancy environment. The floors are a bit worn from all the students walking in and out every day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just open up in the morning and stay late into the evening. The humidity in Guwahati can be pretty intense, so we usually have all the windows open or the fans on full blast. It is a lot of hard work sitting in those rooms for hours, but that is what the students are here for. We just provide the space and the materials they need. It is a very basic setup, but it serves its purpose. We have been a part of the Zoo Road landscape for some time now and we just keep doing what we do. It is all about the books here.
