You can find us at House Number 8, right near the Shiv Mandir on M.R.D Road in West Silpukhuri. It’s a busy little area, especially during the festivals when the temple gets crowded. We’ve been here at Hgm Technologies for a bit now, just doing our thing with technology and systems. The building is an older house, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new blocks they are putting up around Guwahati. We mostly sit in the back rooms where it is a bit quieter so we can focus on the screens. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That is just part of life on M.R.D Road. We handle a lot of different tech stuff, from software to just general troubleshooting. It’s not a fancy operation by any means. There are plenty of wires running along the floors and stacks of old hardware in the corners. We like it this way, though. It feels more like a workshop than an office. People sometimes stop by asking for directions because of the Shiv Mandir nearby, and we don't mind. We are just local people trying to keep a small business going in West Silpukhuri. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a handful of us who know how to work the machines and get things moving. It's a simple life here near the road.
