We operate out of H. No 5-38 in the village of Bheempalli, which is under Kamalapur mandal. It’s mostly just a house with enough space out front to park a couple of vehicles. The village is small and everyone knows when a truck is pulling in because of the sound on the gravel road. We spend a lot of time checking tires and looking at maps to figure out the best way to get from one place to another. Kamalapur is quite hot during the middle of the year and that makes the work a bit draining. My family has been in Bheempalli for generations so we aren't going anywhere. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning, just a kitchen table where we do all the scheduling and the logbooks. Sometimes the trucks need repairs and we spend all weekend under the hood getting dirty. It is a tough way to make a living but it keeps us busy. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or see the trucks moving around the district. We just try to get the loads where they need to go without any accidents or delays. It is a plain and simple business run by regular people who care about their work. We stay up late and wake up early.
