Xelware Private Limited

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of a building in HRBR Layout, specifically in the 2nd Block. We are right there on 4th Cross in Kalyan Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. Xelware Private Limited isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group, which means we all know each other pretty well. The space at 432 is simple. We have a small pantry where we spend too much time talking about what to eat for lunch. Most of the work involves software development, and we just get on with it every day. It’s not always a smooth ride; we have our share of long days and confusing technical issues. But that’s just how this kind of work goes. You won't find any ping-pong tables or bean bags here. We just have sturdy desks and decent monitors. The 4th Cross can get a bit crowded with cars parked everywhere, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a gamble. Once you walk up to the second floor, it’s just us doing our thing. We like being in Kalyan Nagar because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. It feels like a real neighborhood, not some cold business park. We just do our jobs, help each other out when someone gets stuck, and keep things moving.
