Our shop is right near the Police Line Gate, specifically Shop No 37 on Birla Colleage Road in Kalyan (West), by the Eakvira Mobile Shop. Unique Automation Pvt.Ltd. has been around here for quite some time now. We mostly deal with automation bits and pieces. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during rush hour. Usually, it's just a few of us inside working on orders or fixing things. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most of the time we're just in our regular clothes, dealing with customers who walk in. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We have a lot of parts stacked up in the back. Kalyan is a busy place and being near the college road means there's always someone passing by. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby while waiting for a delivery. It’s a simple routine. We handle what comes our way. If a machine breaks down, people bring it here. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. Just the shop and our tools. We've known the other shop owners on this block for years. It feels like a small community. We just focus on the work at hand and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. It gets hot in the afternoons but we stay busy. We like the pace here.
