Mahalaxmi Saw Mill

Our saw mill is right across from Mahendra Mill Road in the Ida Cherlapally area. It’s a noisy place with the sound of wood being cut all day long. Mahalaxmi Saw Mill has been here for quite some time now. You can usually smell the fresh sawdust before you even see the main gate. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work boots and spend most of our time out in the yard or near the saws. Cherlapally is a busy industrial hub, so we fit right in with the other shops and small factories. We don't have a shiny website or a PR team to tell our story. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes things get messy with all the logs and scrap lying around, but that's just part of the lumber business. We deal with all sorts of people who need wood cut to size for their projects. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just take the measurements and get to cutting. The location is good for getting trucks in and out without much trouble. We've been through good times and slow times at this spot. We don't have any corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to finish the orders for the day and head home.
