Parul Cement Products

Parul Cement Products is at Plot No. 15 in the Yogeshwar Society. This is in the Panchwati Area, which is part of Gandhinagar district. It’s a bit of a mix here between people living their lives and small businesses like ours. We make various cement items right here on the plot. You can see the molds lying around and the wet cement drying in the sun. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the finished products taking up space. We have to be careful how we stack things so we can still move around. The neighbors are mostly used to the sound of our mixer by now. Gandhinagar gets really hot, so we try to do the heavy pouring in the early morning. It keeps the cement from drying too fast anyway. We aren't a big factory. It’s just a few of us. We have some basic tools and we do things the old way mostly. The Panchwati Area is pretty quiet otherwise. We like being tucked away in Yogeshwar Society. It’s easy for people to find us once they get into the society. We don't have any fancy brochures. People just come by and see what we have made that day. Sometimes we are busy with a big order and the whole yard is full. Other days it’s quieter. It’s a steady kind of life. We just keep making our cement products one by one.
