Jk Lakshmi Cement Limited

Being out on the Khatraj - Kalol Road means we see a lot of trucks passing by. Our place is in the village of Moti Bhoyan, which is part of the Kalol Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s where we are. Jk Lakshmi Cement Limited has a lot going on here. The air is different out in the village, a bit more open, though the road can get very dusty when it’s dry. We have a lot of space out here, which is good because we need it for all the movement. The staff here are mostly local people or folks who don't mind the commute. We spend the day checking schedules and making sure the gate is clear. It’s a straightforward environment. No fancy carpets or expensive paintings on the walls. Just brick and concrete and the sound of engines. Sometimes the tea man comes around with a kettle, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a glossy brochure to give people. If someone comes by, we just talk to them normally. Life in Moti Bhoyan is steady. We follow the sun, starting early and winding down when it gets dark. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We just try to get through the day’s list without too many hiccups. That’s how we operate.
