Om Logistics Ltd. is based at Shop No. 8 in the Ambika Complex on Santej Road. We are out in Rakanpur, which is a good spot for moving things around. The road stays pretty busy with transport traffic. Our office is where we handle all the paperwork for the shipments and keep track of where the trucks are. Logistics is a lot of waiting for things to arrive and then rushing to get them back out again. It’s not always smooth; sometimes a truck breaks down or the weather causes a delay, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone sorting it out. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are a few desks and a lot of files. People come by to drop off documents or check on their goods. It’s a practical setup because we need to be near the main road. The area around Rakanpur has a lot of industrial activity, so we fit right in. We’ve been at Ambika Complex for a bit and the neighbors are mostly other businesses like us. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but that is just the nature of the transport business. We don't put on any acts, we just try to keep the wheels moving for the people who rely on us. There is always a lot to do, but we just take it one load at a time.
