Global Impex

Global Impex is based out of the Jyoti Products area inside the Swadeshi Mill Compound. You have to come down Navjivan Road to find us. It’s an old industrial area, so it’s got that gritty, working-class vibe that you don't find in the newer parts of town. The Swadeshi Mill Compound is huge, and sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find our specific door. We’ve been here for years. The walls are a bit stained and the floors are concrete, but it suits Global Impex just fine. We do a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around, so we don't need a carpeted office. Navjivan Road can be a nightmare with traffic during the rush hour, so we usually try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. Working in an old mill compound means there is always something being fixed or moved next door. It’s loud and busy, and there’s always the smell of grease or old brick in the air. We like the history of the place though. Jyoti Products has been a landmark for a long time. Our day at Global Impex is mostly spent on the phone or checking crates. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of work to get through. If you ever stop by, just watch out for the trucks turning into the compound. It is a bit chaotic but we like it.
