Caladium Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. sits right on Plot No. 1/12 in the Gidc Estate. If you’ve ever walked through an industrial estate, you know the smell—a mix of metal, grease, and whatever chemicals are being processed next door. It’s dusty work and the floors are never as clean as we’d like them to be, but that’s the nature of pharma manufacturing. We spend our days watching the machines and making sure the gauges don't go into the red. It's not a quiet place. There is always a hum of some motor or the sound of a forklift moving pallets around in the back. We started small and we’re still just a group of people who show up every morning to get the job done. The Gidc area is full of businesses like ours, so we don't stand out much. We just focus on what's on the production floor. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just sit around waiting for the generator to kick in, talking about nothing in particular. The break room has a fan that squeaks, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic pharma work, sticking to the recipes and packing boxes.
