Aditya Renewtech

You can find Aditya Renewtech over at the CM Patel Farm. We are situated right by the Shilaj Char Rasta in the Shilaj area. It’s a bit different than being in a cramped city office. Having more space around us is nice, even if it means we’re a little further out for some people. The farm setting gives us a bit of breathing room. We have our workspace set up in one of the buildings there. It’s a practical setup with plenty of room for our equipment and vehicles. Sometimes you can hear birds or the wind in the trees, which is a lot better than hearing city traffic all day. We aren't fans of the high-rise office life. We prefer being where we can see the sky and move things around without hitting a wall. Our day usually starts with a quick talk about what needs to be done, then we just get to it. There isn't a lot of management layers here. If there is a problem, we just fix it. We work with renewable tech, but we talk about it in a way that anyone can understand. No need for fancy presentations or marketing slogans. We just show people what we can do and let the results speak for themselves. The Shilaj area is growing fast, but we still feel like we’re in a quiet corner of the world. It’s a good balance for the kind of work we do every day.
