Kolozen Tech World is based out in Melpalur Village, which is quite a distance from the main city buzz. Our address is 380 Ramasamipuram, near the Kilpalur Post in Kalasapakkam. It is a different kind of pace out here compared to the big tech hubs. You can see the fields and the open sky, which is a nice change of scenery. Our office is a simple building that serves its purpose. We don't have the fancy glass walls or the designer furniture you see in movies. It is just a practical space with good internet and enough chairs for everyone. We deal with the usual village life things, like the occasional power cut or the sound of tractors passing by. But we stay focused on the work we have to do. The team is mostly local people who don't want to commute hours to the city. We have our own way of doing things here. We start early when it is still cool and try to get the most important tasks done by noon. There is no pretense about what we do. We are just a small company in a quiet village trying to make things work. It feels honest to be here.
