Vivek Infotech is inside the Madina Complex at Shop No G-7. We are on the ground floor, so you don't have to climb any stairs. If you know where the Maharaja Hotel is, we are directly opposite that. We are also right beside Poonam Ladies Corner, which is a good landmark if you're looking for us. The shop is small but we have enough room for our computers and repair tools. We spend a lot of our time fixing things or helping people with their tech problems. It gets quite crowded in the complex during the afternoons. We’ve been in this shop for several years now. It’s a busy part of the street with lots of shoppers and people eating nearby. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with cables and parts lying around on the benches. We like being in Madina Complex because there’s always something happening. Most people just walk in when they have a question or need something looked at. We don't use any high-tech systems for ourselves, just our hands and some basic tools. It’s a local spot where we try to be helpful and keep the machines running for the neighborhood. There is usually a computer screen glowing in the window until late evening. We just do our best.
