Ved Ram & Sons Pvt. Ltd. has been located on Rest House Road for quite some time now. It’s a relatively short road, but it has got a lot of history. Our office is a quiet place compared to the main streets nearby. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan offices with bean bags or ping pong tables. It is just traditional desks and a lot of paper. We have always preferred it that way. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we are a private limited company. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of the people we deal with have known us for years. We just show up, do the work, and manage our affairs without making a lot of noise. The building is older, which gives it a comfortable, lived-in feeling. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just focus on doing what needs to be done. The walk to the nearby shops is short, so we usually head out for tea in the afternoons when we need a break. It is a very human way of working. We are not trying to conquer the world or anything. We just want to keep the business running smoothly and stay in our spot on Rest House Road. It’s a steady life. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone. This is just our office.
