Shrithayamma Green Bio Field Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our office is Plot No.12, right near the Ravindra Bangarge Kalyanmantpa. We are on Udanoor Road in Jadav Layout, which is in Kalaburagi. It's a hot place, but we are used to the sun. We are a farmer producer company. That means we work directly with the people growing things in the bio fields. Our office is a simple spot near the wedding hall. You can usually hear music or see crowds when there is a function at the Kalyanmantpa. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and looking at what they have grown. It’s a lot of community work, really. We don't have big city office manners. We talk loudly and drink a lot of water because of the heat. The Udanoor Road area is always busy with tractors and people moving around. We are trying to help the local farming community get organized. It's not easy work and there are always challenges with the weather or the crops. But we keep at it. Jadav Layout is a decent place to be based. We have a few tables and some chairs where the farmers come to sit and talk. We don't have any promotional banners. We just have our name on the door and a lot of work to do. It feels good to be part of the local agricultural scene in Kalaburagi.
