Shree Sharanabasaveshwar Ventures Llp is located at S2 on the Ring Road in Swastik Nagar. This is over in Kalaburagi, or Gulbarga as many of us still call it. The office sits right where the traffic flows along the main road, so there is always a bit of dust and the sound of horns in the background. It is a straightforward place with a 585105 pin code. The building isn't new, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to climbing them. Inside, it is mostly just desks and chairs and a water cooler that everyone gathers around when the heat gets bad. Gulbarga summers are no joke, so we keep the fans going constantly. We have been in this Swastik Nagar spot for a bit now, and we have gotten to know the tea seller around the corner pretty well. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people about local land and projects. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We usually have some old newspapers lying around the waiting area and a clock that is always five minutes fast. People come in to ask questions, and we do our best to answer them without too much fuss. It is a small team here, just a few local guys working out of this S2 unit on the Ring Road, doing our regular daily work.
