Sobha Developers Ltd

Our setup is in Gulbarga at H.No.10 353 in the Bhavaninivas area. This is the house of Krishna Reddy’s son and we have turned part of it into our working space for Sobha Developers Ltd. It has a very domestic feel to it. You might hear someone cooking in the background or the sound of kids playing in the street outside. Gulbarga is known for being incredibly hot so we spend a lot of our budget on electricity for the fans. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and the walls are painted a simple off-white color. We don't really have any corporate branding around. It is just a place where we sit down with our laptops and try to stay organized. Most of our visitors are local contractors who come by to drop off invoices or pick up their schedules. We keep a big pot of water near the door for anyone who needs a drink. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we don't follow a strict dress code. As long as the work is finished on time, nobody minds if you are wearing sandals. We have a small porch where we sit during the evenings to talk about the projects and watch the sun go down. It is a humble place but it serves us well for what we need to do.
