Our place is on the 1st Floor of the Bennesur Complex, right in Vishwaradhya Colony on Aland Road here in Gulbarga. If you are looking for us, we are just above the Apollo Pharmacy, which is a big help when people are trying to find the door. The office is at number 5. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going from the pharmacy downstairs. We spend our time working on building designs and trying to figure out the best way to use a piece of land. Gulbarga can get quite hot, so we are glad for the shade in the complex. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people, just a local team doing architectural work. The desks are usually covered in drawings and coffee mugs. We’ve been at this Aland Road location for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward office setup. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we are some huge company. We just take the projects as they come and try to do a solid job on each one. The 1st floor isn't too many stairs, which is nice for us and anyone visiting. Most days involve a lot of measuring and double-checking figures on our screens. Being above the pharmacy means everyone knows exactly where we are located. It’s a good, practical spot for an architecture practice like ours, keeping us right in the local mix.
